Lamb “pops” marinated in rosemary, lavender and seasonings, served with a dollop of mint, pistachio yogurt.

Tender cut of Filet topped with sautéed mushrooms and a green peppercorn sauce, served with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Pan Seared sesame tuna Steak $23
Fresh, handcut tuna steak, coated in sesame seeds and pan seared with a soy citrus glaze. Served with roasted cauliflower and potatoes.
Fresh Scallops $25
Fresh scallops dusted with poppy seeds and pan seared, on fresh parsnip puree with a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Served with sautéed Brussel sprouts and red pepper with lemon butter.
